1.1 This website provides cabin booking services in the Lake Tahoe area of California.

1.2 The types of cabins we provide include: family cabins, romantic couple cabins, luxury villas, ski cabins, etc.

1.3 All cabins are equipped with basic living facilities, and some cabins provide additional services such as cleaning and catering.

2. Booking Process

2.1 Customers select their preferred cabin through the website and submit a booking request.

2.2 We will confirm the booking and send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

2.3 Customers must pay the full amount within 48 hours after booking confirmation.

2.4 After successful payment, we will send check-in guidelines and key collection instructions.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancel booking 30 days before check-in for full refund.

3.2 Cancel booking 15-29 days before check-in, 50% fee charged.

3.3 Cancel booking 7-14 days before check-in, 75% fee charged.

3.4 Cancel booking within 7 days of check-in, no refund.

3.5 Cancellations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) are eligible for full refund.

4. Check-in Regulations

4.1 Check-in time is after 3 PM, check-out time is before 11 AM.

4.2 The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity of the cabin.

4.3 Smoking is prohibited in the cabin, and pets are not allowed (except for special cabins).

4.4 Customers must take care of cabin facilities and compensate for any damage.

5. Customer Responsibility

5.1 Customers must comply with local laws and regulations during their stay, respect neighbors, and keep the cabin clean.

5.2 Customers need to properly keep cabin keys and facilities, and compensate for any damage.

5.3 Customers are not allowed to sublet the cabin to others without permission.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 We respect customer privacy and will not disclose customer personal information to third parties unless permitted by the customer or required by law.

6.2 We will take reasonable measures to protect customer personal information security.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.

7.2 We are not responsible for accidents that occur during customer use of the cabin, unless the accident is caused by our intentional or gross negligence.

8. Terms Modification

We have the right to modify these terms of service at any time, and the modified terms will be published on the website. Continued use of our website will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Applicable Law

The interpretation and execution of these terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. In case of disputes, both parties should resolve them through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a competent court in California.
